clean room breakfast choice soft bed disappointing experience
The room was clean, and it had lots of space. Breakfast had a good choice. Responsive staff were pleasant.
I found the bed too soft for me. The dining experience felt somewhat disappointing.

quick check-in super clean room comfy bed
check-in was quick because of advance online check-in. the room, a superior double or twin room, was large and spotlessly clean. the bed was super comfy! apply:. the car park is big and it was easy to park.
the bathroom light flickered. but the wi-fi was slow.

Comfortable Stay Near NEC
comfortable room air conditioning excellent food good value
The hotel is conveniently located about 15 minutes from the NEC. My room was in the stable block, and while the exterior appearance is modest, the room itself offered considerable comfort. It included air conditioning. I found the restaurant food excellent, and breakfast was cooked to order. The overall value felt justified. I would consider another stay if in the area.
The system seemed unable to process the change, causing slight inconvenience.

The hotel is situated in grounds. A car is recommended to explore the surroundings. It is easily accessible from the motorway which is very convenient for travelers. The NEC is just a short drive away, about 15 minutes.

separate shower good location
The location was great for attending a wedding. My Executive Double or Twin Room included a separate shower in addition to the bath.
The walls seemd a bit thin, I heard some noise from nearby rooms.

mixed feelings at the hotel
poor air conditioning boiled bacon
the bed in my room was quite comfy. it was a double room, spacious enough for one person.
I had issues with the air conditioning. It didn't seem to cool the room effectively. also, the breakfast buffet was underwhelming. the bacon looked like it had been boiled, not fried. the coffee had grounds in it.
